The Free Music Union is a fully developed business plan created by Author Jason Mallory, which is currently in the seed stage of operation.  Assets include a provisional patent on the business method and software utility, which enables the FMU's new way of broadcasting and distributing music and peripheral products on the Internet.  The business has been privately held since February 20^th 2008, and is seeking $500,000 in seed funding to be used to:

• Establish legal infrastructure for the company and distribution system.

• Build the website, and software needed to conduct the business.

• Secure the executive talent needed for all marketplaces served.

• Establish virtual offices in the four largest global music markets.

• Make agreements with major record labels to use the FMU system.  &

• Inform independent music markets of the FMU Distribution System.
